We finally invested in a fence for our small yard. Once Marshall started walking it quickly became a necessity. It is fabulous and we LOVE the privacy it provides to our corner lot. Now we can sit outside on our porch and not have to chat with every person who walks by. Not that we don't enjoy our neighbors...cause we do. But now if we feel chatty, we can sit on the front porch...and if not, we can hide behind our fence. :) And for those of you wondering...no, we are not getting a dog because we finally got the fence.

that's so funny--we had that EXACT fence at our old house...probably because we had the same house! :-) and yes, when you have alley ways (that's what you have too, right?) it's a necessity to have a fence!
